Every repaired pontoon is pressure tested multiple times throughout the repair process to locate any leaks. Once the repairs are completed, we perform additional pressure tests to verify that all repaired areas are sealed and holding properly. Our pontoon repair work has also been pressure tested by the U.S. Coast Guard and successfully passed.

Marine aluminum requires proper preparation, heat control, filler material, and welding technique.
